Questions people actually ask
The things that come up before someone subscribes, and the ones that come up afterwards. Device-specific setup questions live on the individual guides — these are the broader ones.
No, and that is deliberate. Tapping a subscribe button opens a WhatsApp message with your chosen plan filled in — nothing is charged at that point. We reply with payment details, answer any questions you have, and activate the line once payment clears. It means you can ask anything before spending a cent.
Usually minutes during support hours. Credentials are sent by WhatsApp and email as soon as payment clears, and setup on most devices takes under ten minutes after that. A MAG box takes slightly longer because we register the MAC address first.
No. If you can install an app and type a username and password, you can do it. Every device has a step-by-step guide with screenshots, and if you get stuck we will walk you through it on WhatsApp — that support is included with trials as well as paid plans.
There isn't one. No card details are taken, so there is nothing to cancel and no risk of being charged. The trial carries the full channel and film library rather than a cut-down version. The only limits are that it lasts 24 hours and is one per customer.
No contract and no minimum commitment beyond the term you choose. The shortest plan is one month. Nothing renews automatically, so when a term ends access simply stops until you decide to buy again.
No. We supply subscription credentials, not software. You install a third-party player such as TiviMate or IPTV Smarters from your device's own app store, then enter the details we send. Anyone offering you an app to download directly is not us.
The large figure on each plan card is the total for the whole term. The smaller line underneath shows what that works out at per month. So the 12-month plan at €65.00 is sixty-five euro once, which is €5.42 a month — not €65 monthly.
Yes. All prices shown are in euro and include any applicable taxes. There are no additional fees added later, and the amount on the plan card is the amount you pay.
Sometimes. PayPal availability varies, so it is worth asking when you message us. Revolut, IBAN transfer, UK bank transfer and cryptocurrency are consistently available, and we will tell you what is open at the time.
Published prices can change over time, as with any service. What will never happen is a price change applied to a term you have already paid for. When you renew you pay whatever is published at that point, and you will see it before committing.
Nothing. Access stops at the end of your term and no charge is made. There is no account to close, no cancellation form and no notice period, because we do not hold payment details or operate automatic billing.
Considerably. The 12-month single-device plan works out at €5.42 a month against €14.99 monthly — a saving of €115 over the year. The trade-off is paying more at once, which is why the shorter terms exist. Compare all eight plans →
A Fire TV Stick 4K is the usual answer — inexpensive, widely available and well supported. If you want the best possible performance on heavy 4K channels, an Nvidia Shield has more headroom and a built-in ethernet port. We do not sell hardware and earn nothing from either suggestion.
No. Any television with an HDMI port works once you plug in a Firestick or box. A smart TV just means you may be able to skip the extra device — provided it is from around 2016 onwards and can install one of the supported apps.
Yes. The service reaches you over broadband rather than an aerial, so it works anywhere with a decent internet connection — including while travelling. Bear in mind that streaming on mobile data uses roughly 3 to 4 GB an hour for HD.
The most reliable way is a 24-hour free trial, which lets you browse the actual lineup on your own device. Channel availability changes as broadcasting rights move, so a live browse is always more accurate than any published list.
Yes, provided it has an HDMI input. Plug in a Firestick or Android box and the age of the display does not matter — it simply shows whatever the device outputs. An older screen will not display 4K, but everything else works normally.
Most players let you hide entire channel groups and build custom lists, so you can remove categories you would rather children did not browse. TiviMate handles this best. Parental controls are a function of the player rather than something we set on our side.
The most common cause of trouble during a major fixture is your own broadband rather than our servers — every household in the area is streaming at once, and Irish lines are most contended between 7pm and 11pm. Wiring the television with an ethernet adapter is the single most effective fix.
Tell us the channel name on WhatsApp. If everything else plays normally, it is that specific channel rather than your setup, and that is a server-side matter which is squarely our responsibility to fix.
Occasionally, as every streaming service does. We schedule maintenance outside peak hours where possible. For an extended outage caused by our infrastructure, a pro-rata credit or extension may apply under the refund policy. Anyone claiming perfect uptime is overstating it.
Message us whenever you like and we will pick it up as soon as we are able. Response is fastest during support hours, and slower late at night or very early. For anything urgent mid-match, the troubleshooting links on our contact page resolve most issues faster than waiting for a reply.
Message us and we will look at it. Most cases turn out to be a device or connection issue rather than the subscription, and we will help either way. If the line genuinely failed on our side, we fix it or extend your term to cover the time lost.
We never see your full card or bank details — payments go directly through whichever provider you choose. What we hold is your name, contact details and subscription record, set out in our privacy policy along with your rights under GDPR. We do not sell personal data.
Still not answered?
Ask us directly. You don't need a subscription to message us, and we would rather answer a question than lose you to a guess.
Device-specific questions are answered on the individual setup guides, and each service page carries its own detailed questions. IPTV Ireland official has traded since 2018 and supplies subscription access and playlist credentials; player applications such as IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are third-party software made by other companies.
