Trial credentials are sent over WhatsApp, usually within minutes during support hours. There is no automated queue and no email confirmation step — a person replies with your username, password and server URL directly.
A stable 25 Mbps handles 4K on one device, and HD needs around 10 Mbps. Test during peak evening hours, since that is when Irish connections are most contended and when performance actually matters.
