TRADING SINCE 2018

A small operation, run properly

We supply IPTV subscriptions to households across Ireland, and have done since 2018. We are not a broadcaster, not a large company, and not going to pretend otherwise — what we are is a service that has kept the same customers watching for years by being straightforward about what it does.

WHO
WHAT WE ACTUALLY ARE

Straight about the size of it

Most websites in this business imply they are something larger than they are — stock photographs of call centres, invented head offices, teams that do not exist. We would rather not.

IPTV Ireland official is a small operation that has been supplying subscriptions to Irish households since 2018. It is run by Patrick, and when you message us on WhatsApp you are talking to someone who actually runs the service rather than a first-line script. That is genuinely why problems tend to get resolved in one exchange.

Eight years is a long time in a sector where a lot of providers appear, take payments and disappear within a season. Same person, same number, since 2018.

HOW
HOW WE OPERATE

Four things we decided early on

Each of these costs us something. We keep them because the alternative costs more in the long run — and because they are the reason people stay.

01

No automatic renewal

We do not store payment details and we never charge without a new, explicit purchase. When a term ends, access simply stops. It costs us renewals that would otherwise happen on autopilot — and it means nobody has ever been charged by us for something they forgot about.

02

Seven days, no questions

A full refund on any plan within seven days, for any reason at all — including reasons that are not our fault, like your own broadband. We do not ask why, and we do not pro-rata it. If the service is not for you, we would rather you had your money back than a customer who resents us.

03

Try before you pay

A 24-hour trial with the complete lineup, no card details, nothing to cancel. Plenty of providers make you buy first and hope. We would rather you checked the channels you actually care about, on your own broadband, and walked away if it does not suit you.

04

Honest about limits

Not every channel is in 4K. Rights change hands. Some smart TV apps charge their own fee. Your Wi-Fi might be the problem rather than us. All of that is written into this site, because a customer who knows what to expect does not ask for a refund in week two.

SCOPE
WHAT WE SUPPLY

And what we don't

This distinction runs through every page on the site, and it matters more than it might appear. It determines what support covers and what we can be held to.

We supply subscription access and playlist credentials, along with programme guide data and the setup guidance to get it working. That is the product.

We do not make the player applications. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, Smart IPTV and IBO Player are built by other companies entirely — some charge their own one-time fee, and none of that money reaches us. We do not sell hardware either, and where our guides mention a Firestick or a Shield, we earn nothing from it.

What that means practically: if something is wrong on our servers, it is ours to fix and we will. If your Firestick needs restarting or an app is misbehaving, we will still talk you through it — we just cannot refund a third party's fee or replace your hardware.

Why spell this out? Because the alternative is a customer who paid us and then hit an unexpected charge from an app developer, reasonably assuming it came from us. Setting the boundary clearly at the start prevents that conversation entirely. The full terms are here.
FIT
BEING REALISTIC

Who this suits

We would rather have five hundred customers who stay than two thousand who leave in a month. That means being straight about who this is not for.

A good fit if you
  • Want Irish and UK channels in one place, without an aerial
  • Follow sport and are tired of paying for several packages
  • Have reasonable broadband — around 10 Mbps for HD
  • Already own a Firestick, smart TV, box or tablet
  • Are happy to spend ten minutes setting something up once
Probably not if you
  • Only watch Irish national television — Saorview is free
  • Subscribe to a streaming service purely for its own originals
  • Need a guarantee that one specific channel will never change
  • Want it for a pub or business — that needs commercial rights
  • Have a connection that struggles with ordinary streaming
If you are in the right-hand column, please do not subscribe. We would rather tell you now than take a payment and refund it in a fortnight. If you are unsure which side you fall on, ask us — we will tell you honestly.
GETTING IN TOUCH

Same number, eight years

Support runs on WhatsApp and email. No phone lines, no ticket system, no hold music. Both leave a written record, which means whoever picks up your message can see what was already discussed rather than starting over — and you can send a screenshot, which resolves most setup problems in a single exchange.

We are on +44 7309 572838 and [email protected], and it is Patrick who answers. You do not need to be a customer to message us; plenty of people ask questions before deciding, and that is exactly what we would rather they did.

Before messaging, the help page may be faster. It is indexed by symptom rather than topic — pick what is on your screen and it gives you the likely cause. Most problems are solvable in under a minute without waiting for a reply.
SEE FOR YOURSELF

Don't take our word for it

Everything on this page is easy to say. Take a 24-hour trial, check the channels you care about on your own television, and judge it from there.

IPTV Ireland official — trading since 2018. Registered operator: [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. We supply subscription access and playlist credentials. Player applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and IBO Player are third-party software made by other companies, and any fee they charge is theirs rather than ours. We do not sell hardware and receive no commission on any device mentioned on this site. Channel lineups are updated regularly and subject to change. See our Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
