Newer titles often are, most are HD, and older material is SD because that is how it was originally produced. Quality varies by title across a library spanning several decades, which is true of any on-demand service.
Many do, where the source includes them. The toggle is in your player's playback menu rather than the library listing, which is the usual reason people assume subtitles are unavailable when they are present.
You are connected using a plain M3U playlist rather than Xtream Codes. The M3U format carries no category structure, so everything arrives as one list. Switching to Xtream Codes sorts the library into categories automatically.
